Welcome to VetBeacon. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VetBeacon website, educational materials, programs, services, and related resources (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing our website, enrolling in our program, purchasing our services, or using any VetBeacon resources, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
VetBeacon provides educational resources designed to help Veterans better understand the VA disability claims process, including claim preparation concepts, documentation organization, disability education, and general guidance.
VetBeacon does not represent Veterans before the Department of Veterans Affairs (“VA”), submit claims on behalf of Veterans, or act as an accredited Veterans Service Organization (“VSO”), attorney, claims agent, or medical provider.
By purchasing or accessing VetBeacon Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
- “VetBeacon,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means VetBeacon and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives.
- “Customer,” “you,” or “your” means any individual accessing, purchasing, or using VetBeacon Services.
- “Program” means VetBeacon educational products, courses, workshops, videos, workbooks, coaching resources, support services, and related materials.
- “VA” means the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.
3. About VetBeacon & What We Provide
VetBeacon provides educational guidance and preparation resources designed to help Veterans better understand:
- The VA disability claims process
- Common disability claim concepts
- How to organize supporting documentation
- How to prepare for VA examinations
- How to communicate their personal experiences and medical history
- General strategies for navigating the claims process
Our Services may include:
- Online courses
- Educational videos
- Digital workbooks
- Downloadable resources
- Workshops
- Educational support
- Community resources
- General guidance and preparation materials
VetBeacon’s role is education and preparation only.
4. VA Disclaimer & No Affiliation
VetBeacon is a private educational company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
VetBeacon is not:
- The Department of Veterans Affairs
- A VA employee
- A Veterans Service Organization
- A VA-accredited claims agent
- A VA-accredited attorney
- A medical provider
All VA decisions regarding disability ratings, benefits, approvals, denials, and compensation amounts are determined solely by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
5. No Claim Filing Services
VetBeacon does not:
- File VA claims on behalf of customers
- Complete VA forms for customers
- Submit evidence to the VA
- Represent customers in VA proceedings
- Communicate with the VA on behalf of customers
Customers remain solely responsible for preparing and submitting their own claims and information.
6. Program Enrollment & Electronic Agreement
By completing enrollment, purchasing the Program, checking an acceptance box, signing an agreement, or accessing Program materials, you acknowledge that:
- You have reviewed these Terms
- You understand what VetBeacon provides
- You understand what VetBeacon does not provide
- You agree to be bound by these Terms
Electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a written signature.
7. Program Pricing & Payment Options
VetBeacon offers the following enrollment options:
Pay in Full
$776 total
One-time payment.
Three Monthly Installment Payments
$900 total
- Initial payment: $300
- Second payment: $300
- Third payment: $300
Six Monthly Installment Payments
$1,200 total
Six monthly payments of $200.
By selecting an installment plan, you authorize VetBeacon to charge the payment method provided according to the selected payment schedule.
8. Payment Obligations
Customers agree:
- Payment obligations remain valid regardless of VA claim outcomes
- Installment payments are a commitment to pay the selected Program cost
- Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access
VetBeacon does not condition payment obligations on:
- Claim approval
- Disability rating decisions
- Compensation amounts
- VA processing times
9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the immediate availability of digital educational materials and program resources, all purchases are final once Program access has been granted.
After accessing any Program materials, including but not limited to courses, videos, workbooks, downloads, training materials, and educational resources, customers acknowledge that they have received immediate value and access to proprietary educational content.
Therefore, VetBeacon does not offer refunds after access has been provided.
Before accessing Program materials, cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Use materials only for personal educational purposes
- Complete their own VA submissions
- Maintain responsibility for their own claim decisions
- Seek accredited professional assistance when desired
Customers acknowledge that every Veteran’s situation is unique and results vary.
11. Communication Consent
By providing contact information, customers consent to receive communications regarding:
- Program enrollment
- Account information
- Appointment reminders
- Customer support
- Educational updates
SMS consent is governed by our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy. Customers may opt out of SMS messages by replying “STOP.”
12. Third-Party Services
VetBeacon may utilize third-party providers including:
- Payment processors
- Scheduling platforms
- Email providers
- SMS providers
- Website hosting services
These providers may process information necessary to provide Services. VetBeacon is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
13. No Legal or Medical Advice
VetBeacon does not provide:
- Legal advice
- Medical advice
- Diagnosis
- Treatment recommendations
- Professional representation
Customers should consult qualified professionals for legal, medical, or accredited VA assistance.
14. No Guaranteed VA Outcomes
VetBeacon makes no guarantees regarding:
- VA approval
- Disability ratings
- Claim decisions
- Compensation amounts
- Processing timelines
Past experiences or examples do not guarantee future outcomes.
15. Intellectual Property Rights
All VetBeacon materials including videos, workbooks, training materials, logos, branding, and educational content are owned by VetBeacon and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Customers may not copy, resell, distribute, modify, or share materials without written permission.
16. Account Security
Customers are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials. Customers agree not to share account access.
17. Acceptable Use
Customers may not use VetBeacon resources to:
- Commit fraud
- Misrepresent information
- Share protected materials
- Harm the reputation of VetBeacon
- Circumvent payment requirements
18. Website Availability
VetBeacon does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability. Maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect access.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided on an “as available” basis. VetBeacon makes no warranties regarding:
- Specific results
- Claim outcomes
- Continuous availability
- Accuracy of third-party information
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VetBeacon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our Services.
21. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless VetBeacon from claims arising from:
- Your misuse of Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your actions related to your VA claim submission
22. Suspension & Termination
VetBeacon reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for:
- Non-payment
- Abuse of Services
- Violation of Terms
23. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the State of California.
24. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute shall first attempt resolution through good-faith communication.
Where legally permitted, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation.
Customers waive participation in class-action lawsuits.
25. General Legal Provisions
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive future enforcement.
